Privacy Policy
Bikerlink ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under GDPR.
1. Data We Collect
We collect information you provide when registering: name, email address, username. We also collect profile information you choose to share (motorcycle details, bio), approximate location data when you use the map (only while the app is open), and technical data such as device type and app version for debugging purposes.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to deliver and improve the service, show you relevant motorcycle events nearby, send push notifications about events you follow, and protect the app against misuse. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Location
Bikerlink uses your location only to calculate distances to events. Your precise location is never stored on our servers. You can revoke location access at any time in your phone's settings.

- RevenueCat — subscription management (subscription data only)
- Apple — payment processing via App Store
5. Security
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We never store payment card information.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)

- Right to correct inaccurate information
- Right to deletion — delete your account directly in the app
- Right to data portability
- Right to lodge a complaint with your national data authority
7. Children
Bikerlink is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Age verification is required at registration.
